DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

At Midland, it’s important that our employees have a sense of belonging and feel valued. That they feel welcomed and accepted for who they are. That they are treated fairly and have equal advancement opportunities. A diverse employee population allows for different perspectives, thoughts and ideas, adding to our work culture.
