EcoPatch® (Pothole Repair)

EcoPatch® offers users an environmentally friendly solution to conventional cutback cold mixes whose volatile solvents present hazards to both the users and the environment.

The EcoPatch® product contains no petroleum solvents whose vapors can be highly flammable, hazardous for workers, and release harmful VOC’s into the environment. Repairs to pot holes, utility cuts, and pavement imperfections using EcoPatch® provides a permanent solution that incorporates recycled materials and sustainable resources.

The product can be supplied in convenient 50lb. bags or as a stockpile bulk material. EcoPatch® can also be stored for extended periods with proper handling and comes ready to use.

Crack Filler

Crack fillers are the products used during Crack Sealing projects. Midland offers these products for FOB sales at our locations. We offer 3 types of crack filler for purchase: 3405 rubberized, Direct fire and DOT 702-0700. Special orders may also be placed.

Products Offered

  • #3405 Rubberized – (Oil jacketed kettle use) Recommended for sealing of joints and cracks in concrete and asphaltic pavements and parking lots. It is designed for use in sealing expansion and contraction joints as well as random cracks.
  • Direct Fire Sealant – (Direct fire kettle use) Recommended for sealing of joints and cracks in concrete and asphaltic pavements and parking lots. It is designed for use in sealing expansion and contraction joints as well as random cracks.
  • NYSDOT 702-0700 – 100% AC product that can be used as a rigid crack sealer or to seal around posts in asphalt surfaces.
